Felissa Benjamin

Felissa Benjamin has been covering fashion since 2002.

Most recently, Felissa was a fashion writer at Life & Style Weekly, a weekly magazine devoted to the glitz and glamour (and style) of the stars. There, she wrote about the top trends, fashion faux-pas and the fabulous red carpet looks of celebrities. Before Life & Style, Felissa wrote for The New York Daily News, also covering fashion and beauty and enjoying the hectic life of a frantic newsroom.

Felissa earned her B.A. at Brandeis University, followed by her M.S. at the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.

When I was younger, all my outfits would coordinate -- matching hair clips, matching shirts and matching pants -- not always chosen by me. My mom would take me into the city to see the windows at Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale's and Macy's. I was just amazed at how glamorous it all was. I still am. Luckily, glamorous fashion can also be affordable. And that's what I'm here for! Hopefully, together we'll find some star-studded looks at wallet-friendly prices.
