For a Grammys event, Perry sported a shorter 'do, with her pinup-worthy waves framing dramatic eyes and bright lips. Of her nominated (and controversial) breakthrough song, "I Kissed a Girl," Perry would later claim, "Finally someone was singing about something that existed [but] it really was [meant to be] fun; there was no agenda."
