Not born with the luscious lashes you desire? No worries! Here are some tips to applying fake lashes, which will give you a star-studded look, perfect for fluttering and flirting.

Prepare Your Lashes

Get your lashes ready to apply the fake lashes. Line your upper lid with a light brown or gray color liner, then smudge it slightly. This will help mask where you place the fake lashes and give you a more natural look.

Apply the Glue

If you are using a band of fake lashes, apply the glue to your finger and gently wipe it on the lashes. You can also use a Q-tip. If you are being more precise and using individual lashes, dip the lashes in a drop of glue, but only a drop!

Lash Time

After you've applied the glue, gently place the lashes as close to your lash line as possible. Gently press down on the lashes to help the glue dry. For the most natural look, apply individual lashes to the outside of your eye. The more you put on, the more dramatic the effect.

Makeup Time

Now that you have an eyeful of lashes, it's time to make them pop. You can curl them and apply mascara just like any other lashes. A lot of false lashes come off with makeup remover, so before you apply your lashes, check to make sure you have the proper materials needed to take them off!
